Famed actor and television personality Wilmer Valderrama teams up with the Property Brothers to surprise his best friend with the reno of his dreams. Wilmer’s long-time friend of 20 years Tadao was instrumental in his career growth and success early on. To show his gratitude for all these years of support and encouragement, Wilmer looks to transform Tadao’s garage into a flex space with a retro twist. “We spent two decades of our lives being there for each other at times that were incredibly vulnerable for us,” says Wilmer. “I leaned on him a lot for what to do and not to do.”

Infusing retro elements with traditional fixtures reminiscent of Tadao’s Samoan heritage, Wilmer and the Property Brothers are ready to reveal the new space to Tadao. Upon stepping through the front door, Tadao is filled with joy at what a difference his old garage was, and what it is now. This stunning renovation features a gorgeous murphy bed, kitchenette and Polynesian-inspired vanity.
