There’s about to be new Property Brother (or sister) in the world, and this one might be the cutest yet.
In a sweet Instagram post, Drew Scott and Linda Phan announced that their 20-month-old son, Parker, is about to become a big brother. “Round 2,” they captioned a joint photo of Parker touching Linda’s tummy. “I hope Parker’s ready for a lil company.”
Many friends and family were quick to post their congrats in the comments, wishing the growing family much love. “Congratulations,” wrote Debra Salmoni. “This is so beautiful and exciting.”
“Yes! The 2 kid club welcomes you!” Love It Or List It Vancouver’s Todd Talbot wrote. “Ahhhhhh so exciting!!! Yay!!,” Jasmine Roth added. Meanwhile, Scott McGillivray chimed in with, “Awesome news. Congrats guys!”
Rebel Wilson, Lance Bass, Leona Lewis, Ali Wong, and Kim Fields also sent love to the couple.
Growing Their Family
Drew and Linda welcomed Parker, their first baby, on May 12, 2022. He was born on the same day as their fourth wedding anniversary. Later, Drew shared about the experience of becoming a father on the At Home with Linda & Drew Scott podcast.
“It’s this immediate love, and this feeling of you need to do everything you can to make them feel safe and make them feel loved,” Drew said on the “Parker” episode.

Looking ahead, Drew is excited to know that Parker will have a sibling. After all, he’s obviously close with his! “I know how amazing it was for me as a kid to have siblings, and I’m so excited to see Parker as a big brother,” he told HGTV.
In an interview with People, Drew reiterated the feeling while giving a shout-out to Linda. “We are super excited. Linda is a Rockstar mom already,” he stated. “I love seeing Linda as a mom and the idea of having a couple of kiddos running around is pretty cool. I have siblings, and so for Parker to have a sibling too is pretty cool.”
Drew also revealed they’re waiting to find out the gender until birth, which is what they did with Parker. “We don’t actually know if it’s going to be a boy or girl, so it’s going to be a surprise,” he added.
A Long Journey
Previously, Drew and Linda also opened up about their journey to parenthood and their experiences with infertility. Before Parker, they had been trying to start a family since marrying in 2018 and embarked on a journey that included intrauterine insemination (IUI) and IVF treatments. They’ve said they want to be open about that journey in order to give others who may be struggling hope.

“It has been an adventure to get here! We know we’re not alone in this experience and that everyone’s is filled with unique challenges along the way,” the pair wrote in a 2021 Instagram post.
“When we first started down this path, we quickly felt sooooo appreciative of the doctors we’ve been fortunate to work with, and fam and friends who supported us throughout, sharing their stories or simply just being there. It made an overwhelming time in our lives more manageable. We hope as we grow through this, that even one of you reading this can also feel a little less lonely in whatever path you’re on!”
