Instructions:

Step One: Cut the stems off the flowers, leaving only the flower heads.

Step Two: Stretch open a balloon and insert a flower head into it.

Step Three: Fill the balloon with cold water until it has reached your desired size. Ensure the flower head is fully submerged in water.

Step Four: Tie each balloon tightly to avoid any water leaks.

Step Five: Place each balloon carefully in the freezer, and let it rest for several hours or overnight until the water is completely frozen.

Step Six: Once the spheres are frozen, remove the balloon by cutting it off with scissors.

Step Seven: Rinse each floral ice ball with cold water for an even greater shine.

Step Eight: Arrange the floral ice balls in a bowl, adding ice or extra water balls without flowers to fill in any gaps.

Step Nine: Chill and display your favourite bubbly ahead of serving!
