Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Yolanda Hadid sold her Los Angeles penthouse condo in this posh building in Westwood, located about halfway between Beverly Hills and the beaches of Santa Monica. The building – the Carlyle Residences – offers its residents an array of “five-star amenities,” including the use of a valet and concierge.

“The owner spared no expense in customizing this pristine view home,” notes the real estate listing for this 3,950-square-foot penthouse with its soaring 11-foot ceilings. “Almost every surface of this three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath residence has been stylishly remodelled.”

The spacious living room includes a fireplace, surrounded by a marble mantel, which becomes the perfect spot for a cozy seating arrangement.
