Trevor Noah’s magnificent Manhattan penthouse is up for grabs! The Daily Show host and comedian is officially selling his 3,600-square-foot, three-bedroom duplex apartment in the heart of NYC and its features are seriously swoon-worthy. Listed at $12.9 million, the residence is located in the New York Hell’s Kitchen neighbourhood, overlooking the Hudson River. Trevor bought the property back in 2017 and although the space has undergone slight renovations and updates, its historic Art Deco charm remains untouched.

The building, now named Stella Tower, was originally designed in the 1920s by renowned architect Ralph Thomas Walker as the New York Telephone Building and converted into residential apartments in 2014 by CetraRuddy and Jarvis Studios. With its prime location (we’re talking steps away from Central Park) and its dreamy design, it’s no surprise Trevor chose this stunning home years ago.

The penthouse is located on both the 17th and 18th floors and includes a floating staircase, floor-to-ceiling windows and 15’ ceilings. The home is packed with all of the luxuries, from French-oak flooring to a black-granite wet bar, a marble fireplace, suede leather upholstery, dramatic archways and stylish lighting throughout.

Like a true entertainers’ oasis, the space features a sleek home theatre, a chef’s kitchen armed with two dishwashers, a 1,000-square foot terrace with unobstructed views, a heated plunge pool and built-in speakers. The kitchen is no exception to this home’s grandiosity with top-of-the-line appliances, polished marble slab countertops, a full bar and a walk-in pantry.

Adding to the apartment’s uniqueness are the various textured walls and one-of-a-kind finishes, such as hand-rubbed Cortina leather in the primary bedroom, a black Fior di Bosco marble powder room with hand-applied Callidus Guild plaster walls, and wool Holland & Sherry upholstered walls in the theater room.
