TV host Steve Harvey will be living in style in Atlanta, where he plunked down $15 million for a 34,688-square-foot mansion. The home was previously owned by Tyler Perry, who custom-built the place in 2007, with a mission to create his own version of the Palace at Versailles.

A Real Estate Record
Tyler Perry sold his home in 2016 for $17.5 million, the highest price paid for a home in the history of Atlanta. The home was sold again – to Steve Harvey – for $15 million in May 2020. Even though it was sold for $2.5 million less than the 2016 sale price, it’s still the city’s most expensive home.
No expense was spared in the construction of the home, evident in this grand entry foyer featuring twin staircases, inlaid marble floors, Corinthian columns and a massive crystal chandelier hanging overhead.
