The Creative and Affordable Way to Organize Your Spice Drawer

Kitchens are the heart of our homes. Like any high-traffic area in our abode, organizational systems are essential to making your day run more smoothly. Whether you’re a self-proclaimed master chef or just beginning your culinary journey, an organized spice drawer is the key to creating a functional kitchen. Follow these steps to make the Instagram-worthy spice drawer of your dreams.

Materials Required:

  • Spice jars
  • Spices
  • Dymo embossing label maker
  • Funnel
  • Spice jar drawer insert

Step One: Empty out your spice drawer and give it a wipe down.

Step Two: Using a funnel, fill your clean spice jars with your spices. Make sure to rinse your funnel between spices so there’s no cross-contamination.

Step Three: Label the spices using the Dymo embossing label maker. Tip: Do this after each spice so that there’s no chance of mixing up spices.

Step Four:  Place your spice drawer organization into the drawer and add your spices. Sort by colour, alphabet or by most used spices!
