The recent episode of Saturday Night Live (SNL) that aired January 21 was a real treat for fans of HGTV experts, Jonathan and Drew Scott. That’s right — the Property Brothers made a surprise cameo on the late night show alongside Skateboarding legend Tony Hawk. The sketch was a hilarious take on the Miss Universe pageant, where Kenan Thompson played the host and introduced the judges as the Property Brothers and Tony Hawk, leaving the audience surprised and excited to see them (many expected to see the SNL cast members impersonating the iconic home reno duo).

Kenan acted as surprised as the audience, saying, “Wow, it really is the Property Brothers and Tony Hawk.” The host then asked, “Fellas, why’d you take this gig?” They held up their judges’ cards in response, with Jonathan’s reading “Bad with money,” followed by Drew’s, “I’m his twin.” If you missed their SNL debut, you can watch the hilarious sketch here or check out the full episode on the Global TV App.
