After an unforgettable season premiere, Drew and Jonathan Scott’s hit series Celebrity IOU, featuring Hollywood A-listers surprising friends and mentors with special home renovations, is back on HGTV with another brand new episode.
Airing Monday, June 28th, the episode will feature GRAMMY Award-winning singer and songwriter LeAnn Rimes as she pays tribute to longtime friend and counsellor Roger. He helped pull her out of a dark time in her life, and she considers him more like a member of her family.

“Roger always takes care of everyone around him and always puts others first,” says Rimes.
Since Roger loves to cook and have his friends and family over, LeAnn enlisted the Scott brothers to create a newly-designed indoor/outdoor entertaining oasis as a way to say thank you for his unwavering support over the years.
“He has helped so many people. I think it would be really beautiful to give him a space that brightens his life because he’s brightened so many people’s lives. That would be special,” she told HGTV.

After learning about his modern design style, Drew and Jonathan came up with a stunning design plan to give Roger the indoor/outdoor kitchen and deck of his dreams.
While helping to transform her friend’s space, Rimes jumped on the opportunity to use a sledgehammer and discovered her love of demolition. She also wasn’t afraid to get her hands dirty as she learned how to lay down tile in Roger’s new bathroom.
As expected, her assistance was well worth the hard work. Roger’s reaction to the renovation is truly heartwarming, and you’re going to want to make sure you have some tissues for this emotional reveal
