This marks the first time the 117-year-old home in the Denny-Blaine neighbourhood of Seattle, Washington has been up for sale since Love sold it back in 1997 – a mere three years after Cobain took his own life at the property in 1994. Situated on three-quarters of an acre, the pristine property is within walking distance of Lake Washington and provides plenty of stunning views.
