Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez may have lost their bid to buy the New York Mets, but they can console themselves while enjoying their new mansion in Miami Beach’s ultra-exclusive Star Island. According to reports, the singer-actress and the former MLB great shelled out $40 million for the 10-bedroom, 12-bathroom Spanish colonial-style estate, situated on a 40,000-square-foot waterfront lot offering a stunning view of the city’s skyline.
