IKEA’s New ÖMSESIDIG Collection Celebrates Latin American Culture Through Decor

Setting the mood for Spring and Summer celebrations, IKEA’s new limited-edition ÖMSESIDIG collection lets you add vibrant colours to the decor for your next gathering.  With 30 unique items available in-store and online at IKEA Canada from April 2023, this new collection was designed in collaboration with nine creatives from Mexico, Chile and Colombia who work in the fields of design, fashion, art, food, and architecture.

Named after the Swedish word for mutual, this collection was born out of the shared curiosity between IKEA and the designers to make bold items to celebrate and socialize in style. The ÖMSESIDIG collection captures Latin America’s rich and diverse culture, crafts and colours into functional and stylish pieces for your home, ranging from glass and tableware to printed textiles and cushion covers.

Here are five of our favourite items from IKEA’s limited edition ÖMSESIDIG collection:

Tablecloth
