Materials Required:
- Terracotta pots
- Nail polish (in various colours)
- White spray paint
- Cloth
- Bowl filled with lukewarm water
- Gloves

Step One: Spray Your Terracotta Pots White
Start off by spray painting all of your terracotta pots completely white. You can use an old box to place them inside (upside down), then spray them and let them sit for a few hours until they are dry.

Step Two: Set Up Your Nail Polish Station
Fill a disposable bowl with lukewarm water (make sure the bowl is big enough to hold the terracotta pots). You can create many different nail polish colour combinations by using different disposable bowls filled with different colours – this will be your ‘nail polish station.’

Step Three: Mix the Nail Polish Colours
Choose two or three colours and pour them in the lukewarm water. Swirl the colours together by moving the bowl to create the marble effect we’re after.

Step Four: Dip the Pots
Using your gloves (it can get a bit messy!), dip the pots in your nail polish bowls and twist them slowly to apply the colour. Then, carefully, place all of your painted pots on top of a dry cloth to let them dry for a few minutes.
