Schitt’s Creek: Rosebud Motel
Location: Mono, Ont.
The Emmy-winning comedy has won over so many fans across the globe that, pre-COVID, the small town of Mono (pop. 8,609) was overrun with tourists seeking out the main filming locations. Although the “Rosebud Motel” is currently on the market for $2 million, these are the average values of other properties within the area (including nearby Orangeville).
