Back in 2012, Jay-Z and Beyonce rented this lavish estate in Bridgehampton, owned by Hamptons real estate developer Joe Farrell. While Farrell has rented the place for $400,000 per month, the massive 12-bedroom home recently went on the market for an asking price of $49.95 million.

As you’d expect, the luxurious estate – which sits on a generous 11-acre oceanfront lot – offers the kind of privacy demanded by the “Single Ladies” singer and her rap impresario husband, and has reportedly also been rented out by such celebs as Justin Bieber and at least one of the Jonas Brothers.
