This saloon-inspired kitchen renovation is a true testament to how peppering in just a few high-end features can elevate any space and make it look more expensive. Not only do the DIY decanter pendant lights look amazing, but they cost us a fraction of what similar fixtures run for. And although the copper backsplash was a splurge, running leftover barn board from another job in its place not only added visual interest and texture, but saved us a few hundred dollars. Paired with a mini beverage fridge, a glass rinser, and bold blue cabinets, this kitchen is an entertainers dream! Other than the authentic copper pulls we reused from their original kitchen, my favorite aspect of the build is the massive 7 foot island. It not only allows for plenty of prep space, but offers seating for some lucky guests!
