Sarah is well known to British Columbians as one of the hosts and original members of the morning team on the top rated Global Morning News. In fact, some people can’t believe she left, as she still gets stopped in the street and asked if she would come back! Sarah joined the morning news after a varied career in Vancouver radio, most notably on CKNW and ROCK 101. But after a 17 year career in radio and television, she left to pursue a career in real estate, and has loved every moment of it! Sarah has kept her finger in the media pie though; now, she’s a regular guest as a real estate expert/contributor for the Global TV Noon News, as well as for Shaw TV’s Urban Rush. She wrote her first book, Welcome Home: The Complete Canadian Guide to Buying or Selling Your Property (Wiley and Sons), and followed it up by co-authoring Buying & Selling a Home For Canadians for DUMMIES. Sarah also writes articles for various real estate publications.When she’s not writing, emceeing events or doing something else in the public eye, Sarah is a top-producing real estate agent at RE/MAX Colonial Pacific Realty Ltd. in White Rock, where she works in partnership with her brother Philip DuMoulin.
Philip is also a successful top-producing realtor at REMAX Colonial Pacific Realty Ltd., where he and his sister Sarah work as a team in the lower mainland -- amazingly, a brother and sister team that hasn't strangled each another yet! A real go-getter and entrepreneur, Philip completed the BCIT Marketing Real Estate program in 1990. His passion for events though, side tracked him for 10 years while he worked behind the scenes at some of BC’s best known sporting events. Delving back into residential real estate in 2003 as an agent in Vancouver, he has become a successful developer, and currently has a number of holding properties on Vancouver Island. Philip and Sarah combined forces in 2007 and have enjoyed the successes of a partnership. A gregarious personality, everyone knows when Philip is around and he’s well acquainted with stepping behind the microphone when organizing sporting events and rumour has it was a lead singer in a cover band in the early 90s!
