Vancouver: Kitsilano vs. North Vancouver
Phil and Sarah go head to head this week in Vancouver as they house hunt for John & Rhonda. As John & Rhonda began to plan for a family and buy their first home together they soon realized they felt completely opposite on where the best place to live was. Rhonda is a super creative, free spirit. She has her own successful photography company and thrives in an eclectic urban community. She grew up in the suburbs and knows all too well what life in the suburbs is like: boring and mundane. John, on the other hand, knows all too well what life in the city with children is like, and is putting the brakes on Rhonda’s urban dream. John knows that young children are balls of energy and without an outdoor space; they need to be taken out and entertained constantly. In rainy old Vancouver, that’s not always ideal!
