Real Estate experts Phil and Sarah will have to pull out all the stops to ensure these newlyweds remain in wedded bliss. Afters years living almost an hour outside of Toronto, Susan isn't missing this chance to reclaim her active and social lifestyle back in the urban community of Bloor West. Husband Jay however says "happily ever after means living in suburban Oakville." He wants to steer clear of the city and put down roots in an area where many young couples are choosing to settle down.
