Hosts Phil and Sarah engage in some sibling rivalry to find Joy and John the perfect four bedroom, 2 + bathroom home with a home-office and large yard for their large family. With three children, and one on the way, they want to be close to parks and first rate elementary schools. Will they choose to live in Sarah’s Suburban community of east Kildonan, for its mixture of industry, community centres, schools, gorgeous parks, shopping centres and picturesque tree-lined streets? Or will they choose the urban flare of Phil’s Riverview for its great schools, amazing restaurants, pristine parks and tight knit family orientated community?
