Hosts Phil and Sarah compete to find hip professional newlyweds Joanna and Paul the perfect home in which to start and raise their family in the Calgary region. Our newlyweds desire a couple of children and feel each child should have their own room so they are seeing a three-bedroom home with a finished basement, laundry and a fireplace. Joanna and Paul are cycling enthusiasts so they wish to be near bike trails and recreation centres. Will they choose Sarah’s Killarney/Aspen Woods suburban home for its numerous bike trails and picturesque views of the mountains, which backs onto a land reserve? Or will they choose Phil’s green Energy Saver house in Marda Loop/ Glengarry just a fifteen minute commute to downtown and a short walk to hip cafes and restaurants?
