Hosts Phil and Sarah embark on a challenge to find buyers Nicole and Alain with their three daughters and another one on the way, the ideal home that won’t need any upkeep when Alain, a Naval officer, is away for months at work. This couple seeks a home off of the military base in the Victoria, BC area. Nicole requires a house that will allow enough space for her at-home daycare and Alain would like a space to call his own to play his guitar, and a shed for wood working. Together they seek an open concept kitchen, a fenced backyard with a patio for their dog Tanji and the kids. It's important to reside near amenities, parks and libraries so Nicole has easy access for her daycare kids and for her family when Alain is away at sea. Will they choose Sarah’s family-friendly Langford for its modern vibe, big box stores, breathtaking ocean views and mountain vistas? Or will they choose Phil’s downtown Victoria for its great location, schools, shopping, great urban green spaces, and libraries all in walking distance?
