Hosts Phil and Sarah compete to convince Eric and Olivia, a “work hard, play hard” couple, planning to start a family decide, whether to purchase their new home in artsy Inglewood or in panoramic Patterson-West Springs. The couple, presently live in a suburban dwelling but would love to cut Eric’s work commute to downtown out of their daily routine. Olivia requires a home office for her photography and the couple seeks a home close to dog parks and baseball diamonds. Will their budget allow them to live in Phil’s ideal Inglewood?
