Hosts Phil and Sarah engage in some sibling rivalry to convince Brad and Julie and their kids Abigail, 4 years old and Noah, 2 years old on whether to purchase their new home in the very hip neighbourhood of Le Plateau or in the recreational utopia of Saint Lazare.
Brad and Julie require bilingual schools for their kids and are seeking a community with a plethora of outdoor activities. Will they choose Phil’s property in Le Plateau, a family Mecca with an aquarium, Water Park, hiking trails and paddleboats? Or will they choose Sarah’s Saint Lazare home for its spacious farms, petting zoos, hiking trails and parks?
