Hosts Phil and Sarah rival to assist our young, active, buyers Colin and Lara and their new seven month old baby Wilson find a home that suits their active lifestyle, and that accommodates their 26 foot boat! These sailors seek a neighbourhood close to hiking trails and the ocean. Something close to restaurants and shops. Lara hates to commute and Colin’s family lives on Vancouver Island! Will they choose to live in Sarah’s picturesque Tswwassen, a quaint neighbourhood meaning “facing the sea” which is close to the ferry terminal, Mount Baker and Mount Washington for winter skiing and snowshoeing? Or will they choose Phil’s the hip, urban, lively, family community of Queen Elizabeth Park, near trendy Main Street, a five minute sky train commute to downtown, close to shops and their anchored sailboat?
