Canada’s ever-popular Interior Design Show 2024 (IDS24) is back in Toronto celebrating its 25th anniversary. The globally recognized event gathers industry leaders, entrepreneurs and creators into one space to share their passion for design and innovation. IDS 2024 promises to highlight a myriad of trends, futuristic concepts and designs only seen here. The event will take place on January 18-21, 2024 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre in the North building. If you’re passionate about cutting-edge design, you won’t want to miss this. What does IDS stand for?

IDS stands for Interior Design Show. This event has been going for 25 years and has showcased the best in market for all things technology, design and innovation.

When is IDS 2024?

IDS is happening at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre on 255 Front St. W, Toronto, Ontario. The entirety of the event will take place in the North building from January 18-21, 2024.

Where can I buy tickets to IDS 2024?

Tickets can be purchased on the IDS website here. Tickets start at $26 for adults on regular days, and $65 for the opening night.

What should I expect at IDS 2024?

Over the last 25 years, IDS has welcomed over 700,000+ guests and 5,000+ brands to showcase their talent in the world of design. This year, we can expect tons of newness from brands like Miele and Caesarstone, including a modern neighbourhood installation by Future Neighbourhood. Here are all best bits to see at IDS 2024:

  • Studio North and Prototype showcasing the latest creations from up-and-coming Canadian designers.
  • Future Neighbourhood experience on how design will continue to adapt and shape our lives with a 2,000 square foot “neighbourhood” featuring six immersive installations.
  • Keynote Panels with local and global speakers such as Michael Murphy (Fogo Island) and IDS International Guest of Honour Marva Griffin (Salone Satellite, part of Milan’s Salone del Mobile).
  • Miele partnered with Caesarstone and Canadian designer Michael London to debut all-new Matte Black appliances in a space inspired by outdoor courtyards and cafes in Milan.
  • Coffee and culinary demonstrations led by Miele’s own executive chef will take place throughout the show.
