Tatiana takes on two new clients – despite the fact that she’s already running ragged trying to manage listings, her new employees, and her family. Sure-bet buyers Mylah and Donato have only one month to find a new house, and suburbanites Sandy and Sandra are under the gun to sell. But Tatiana misses an important visit with the Sandys, and then stands up Mylah and Donato with disastrous consequences. Tatiana may be a superwoman, but can she save her agency from this customer service conundrum?
