22-year-old Scott promised his mother he’d renovate her basement, so he could move in and save money for a new place.  He’s started, but he’s so wet behind the ears that he doesn’t know where to turn next.  Bryan will show him the steps he needs to take to make a space livable, so Scott can move in downstairs and relieve the tension from upstairs!
