Hellen Buttigieg is a Professional Organizer, Life Coach, and Host of neat.

As President of We Organize U, Hellen helps people clear their clutter and organize their space to reduce stress and find more time for the things that matter. She has been featured in Style at Home magazine, TV guide, the Toronto Star, the Globe and Mail, and the National Post.

In June of 2004, Hellen was the first in Canada to earn her Certificate of Study in Chronic Disorganization from the National Study Group on Chronic Disorganization (NSGCD).

Hellen is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO), and Professional Organizers in Canada (POC). Professional Organizers in Canada recently honored Hellen with the prestigious Harold Taylor Award in recognition of her outstanding contribution to the organizing profession.

A born organizer, Hellen comes from an extensive, well-rounded business and communications background. She graduated from Seneca College with a diploma in Radio and TV Broadcasting and has worked behind the scenes keeping creative people organized in the television, fashion and professional dance industry.

As a Life Coach, Hellen empowers her clients to take control of their lives and holds them accountable as they work towards achieving their goals. She has been trained through Coachville, Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and YWCA Life Skills Coaches Program and is a member of Coachville Graduate School of Coaching and the Association of Life Skills Coaches of Ontario (ALSCO).

Hellen is a dynamic speaker who has inspired hundreds of participants to take action and get organized through her seminars. She is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Effective Speaking and Human Relations Program and a member of Toastmasters International.

She draws on her time management skills to balance work with a busy home life as a wife and mother of two.
