Canadian real estate investor Brock brought his girlfriend Christina to San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua, in search of money-making opportunities. They fell in love with this coastal paradise and decided to stay for good, but after months of sharing a 700 square foot apartment with another couple, they need a place of their own.
