How do I get my home considered for a makeover on an HGTV show? How can I be on TV? How can I participate in one of your programs?
The makeover subjects of our programs are chosen by the independent producers of each series, not the network. To find out which programs are currently casting, please visit our Casting Call section of our website at http://hgtv.ca/castingcall
. If you do not see the show you are looking for, it may be because the show is not looking for anyone at the moment or HGTV does not have the information to pass on. Please note HGTV does not handle the casting of our shows as our programming is acquired from independent production companies, and therefore, we do not control the areas in which casting and filming take place.
How can I get in touch with my favourite hosts and designers?
As a broadcaster, HGTV does not give out contact information for on-air hosts. Please conduct your own search to contact any hosts privately.
How can I buy a video copy of my favourite HGTV program?
As a broadcaster, HGTV does not hold the distribution rights for programs seen on our network. Video copies of some (though not all) series can be obtained through the particular series' production company.
We apologize for any inconvenience. However, you can view many of your favourite HGTV shows on our website, visit http://www.hgtv.ca/video

Can you tell me where to purchase a product I saw featured on one of your programs?
HGTV Canada broadcasts many programs. Some of our programs provide us with detailed shopping guides/resource lists to accompany each episode. The best way to find this information is to visit the show page that you are looking for and find the specific episode that you are interested in. The shopping guide should be included as part of that episode information. Unfortunately, if the production company has not provided us with this information we can't help you source specific items seen on shows.
