After weeks of grit, grime and sweat in this episode we let our four remaining challengers play "up-market" in a big way.
With the technical assistance of a respected magazine cover photographer our finalists were given a unique opportunity to art direct a slick and special break out edition of a new magazine for one of HGTV's favourite stars, Peter Fallico.
Using props, paint and accessories, and of course Peter, they were given two hours to personally brand the cover's graphic themes, colour schemes and copy lines all in a bid to ensure a stunning, eye-catching cover.
Next our contestants moved to part two of the challenge, conducting a three-minute on-camera interview with Peter—who was instructed to create either good conversation or aggravation with the contestants.
Ultimately, it was Yamina's cover and conversation that didn't make the cut with the judges. Watch next week for the final Designer Superstar showdown—will it be Mariana, Penny or Bruno?
