Dress up your tabletop with this fresh, low-cost and no-fuss summer centerpiece.
The charming shape of a plump teapot is a perfect vessel for displaying fresh blooms. Use a white pot to display flowers that are mixed colours, or a brightly coloured pot to display a bunch of uniformly coloured blooms. Ensure that you have enough flowers to completely fill the opening at the top of the teapot, so that they are packed in tightly enough to stand without flopping over. If needed, tie a length of ribbon around the bunch, just below the blooms, to help keep the stems from sagging (particularly with soft-stemmed flowers, such as tulips and gerberas).
Suggested Flowers: Tulips, Daffodils, Iris, Gerbera daisies
