I’m hesitant to make too many storage commitments in my current rented abode, other than tossing around some boxes and baskets. I just don’t want to spend a lot of money on semi-permanent items.
But next year, when my boyfriend and I move into our currently-under-construction 600sq. ft. two-bedroom condo (yes, you read that right), we’re going to have some serious storage issues. So, from time-to-time, I tend to preoccupy myself with storage. I can hardly wait to hang extra cabinetry, install shelves, hooks, closet systems and more. Maybe this is what I need for ultimate organization, or maybe it’s a disaster in the making…?
And that’s what this month’s Photo Challenge is all about: your creative, decorative and innovative solutions to your storage woes. (Read more about how to participate below).
Clockwise from top: this basic bench was turned into extra storage on episode 3 of Pure Design; In an episode of Home Heist Colin and Justin turned this unused nook into an efficient work station with extra storage; Sarah Richardson made the most of this small home office with furniture that had lots of storage.
