Joey Fletcher

Joey Fletcher

Born in Port Perry, Ontario as the second youngest of eight siblings he is no stranger to dealing with different personalities. Growing up he had a knack for drama, athletics and carpentry. It is perfectly fitting that he is one of the most easy-going, hilarious and talented carpenters in the industry. In Joey’s self-proclaimed “peak physical condition,” he acts as more than just eye-candy; for over five years he has proven himself to be an irreplaceable asset to Paul Lafrance’s team.

David Kenney

David Kenney

A North York, Ontario native following in his father’s footsteps, David is a skilled carpenter known for his wicked sense of humour and incredible dance moves. He has been working for Paul for more than six years. His leadership skills were recognized early and he was quickly entrusted with his own crew, becoming Paul’s youngest lead-hand. David has a passion for music and is a talented drummer. David also has a passion for dancing “the robot” which he performs as often as possible.

Kate Campbell

Kate Campbell

Kate was raised in Georgetown, Ontario and has a passion for adventure and travel. She loves to tackle any new challenge that comes her way. Kate has always been active, and a career in construction perfectly suited her sense of creativity and attention to detail. Since joining the Decked Out team she has quickly become part of the family, and has no problem putting up with the boys and their shenanigans. Kate is also skilled in the art of knock- knock jokes and has a gift for puns.

Heidi Richter

Heidi Richter

Heidi Richter is a self-taught designer. She began her career as a young child, being the go-to girl in her family home when there was flat packed furniture to be assembled. She started in television in 2002 as a volunteer on a home décor show and quickly moved through the ranks, from design assistant, to lead design stylist and is now the owner of a Toronto-based design/project management company, HR Design Inc. She has played many roles in the design world: painter, carpenter, designer, project manager and now stylist.

Jeff Sarty

Jeff Sarty

Jeff Sarty is an eager and enthusiastic landscape designer/contractor. Since starting his company in 2004 he has graduated with a diploma in landscape design from Fanshawe College and a degree in landscape architecture from the University of Guelph. In 2009 he placed 1st in the Skills Canada Landscape Gardening competition held at Canada Blooms in Toronto and went on to represent Ontario in Charlottetown, PEI. With a passion for the outdoors and the motto “work hard, play hard," anytime he is not working and the sun is shining he’ll be on the golf course, on a mountain bike, or being dragged around a lake somewhere. When the sun is not shining you can find him in the backyard or around the nearest campfire kicking back with friends and family.
