World Toilet Day

Whether we’re dreaming of fixing up those faucets, bringing in a gorgeous new tub, or giving the walls a fresh coat of paint, our bathrooms tend to be top of mind. That’s why today, we’re taking the time to let you all in on something special: November 19 is World Toilet Day.

The World Toilet Organization (WTO) created World Toilet Day to raise awareness for those around the world without access to clean sanitation. What started in Singapore back in 2001 is now celebrated in over 19 different countries worldwide!

The WTO’s goal is to help the 2.6 billion people in need of toilets, and it’s super easy to do your part. Simply make a World Toilet donation (it only takes a few clicks) and aid the team in their mission to improve sanitation globally.

Now you’ve got toilets on the brain? Us too. Luckily, we’ve put together a toilet buying guide for those of you looking to spruce up your current bathroom. Keep it on hand for how-to tips, help navigating different toilet styles and features, and tricks to pick the right size and performance level.

Plus, check out our video on how to install a toilet with ease, and make sure to keep your eyes on the brand new Bathroom Guide for even more renovating and decorating advice.

How will you celebrate World Toilet Day this year?
