There was a time when everyone went straight for it -- Ultra suede, that is. It was the answer to all practical upholstery concerns. A putty-coloured ultra suede synthetic is durable, hides lint, loose threads (coming off your snuggies and COSTCO track pants), crumbs, stains and dog hair. And, admittedly it has 'a look' -- why, it's almost velvet! Fancy.
When it sounds too good to be true, it most often is. In that, despite all those accolades, it's just not an aesthetic marvel. It just isn't. And Tommy agrees... What are your thoughts?
Do you have an ultra suede sofa?
