What it is about Income Property? Really, I don’t say this about every show, but this one just sucks you right in… Is it the transformations? The pace? The take-home tips? Or maybe, just maybe, it’s Scott McGill-a-babe… I’m embarrassing myself (not the first time).
Recently Scott McGillivray appeared as part of the HGTV Workshop Series at Toronto’s Fall Home Show, and I, gushing like a groupie – really, check me out, I should be ashamed of myself – plagued him with a hefty list of questions; how do you get your hair like that? What are all the options for an income property? Why should we do it? How do we do it? What’s next for the man who has it all?
