We've had a lot of face time with Lady Sarah and Sir Tommy lately and we've done our best to dig up their decorating secrets and share them with you. I've already posted videos of the pair discussing the colour of the year and whether to paint wood trim and today Sarah and Tommy reveal things to consider before decorating, budget tips, how to shop for vintage and what to splurge on.
