Here's how you can get started sharing your photos with HGTV and the HGTV Style Sheet group on Flickr.
1. You need a Yahoo ID/email account to use Flickr.(i.e. ______@yahoo.ca/com). Sign up and create an email address if you don't have a Yahoo account or sign into Flickr using your current Yahoo account.
2. If you're signing in for the first time, you'll see a Welcome screen. You can click Upload Photos and Videos or you can choose it from the You dropdown menu at the top of the page.
3. Photos must be less than 150 MB (which is pretty big and will accept most photos). Choose your photos and upload them. Then, you can add a title and description to your photo. This is your photostream.
4. To find our Flickr group, search for hgtv style sheet in the search tool bar or click here. Join the group by clicking the Join the group link at the top of the page.
5. Once you're a member, you can upload photos from your photostream to the HGTV Style Sheet group by clicking the Add photos or videos link at the top of the page.
6. Choose your photo from your photostream, click on the photo you want to share and click Add to group.
Please keep your photos topic-related, i.e. home decor, gardening, crafts, DIYs, etc.
Please do not advertise via photograph or URL link.
