It's that time of year -- the leaves are starting to turn, crock pots are being dusted off, sweaters are emerging from storage -- and TV is back! We're pretty excited about the new HGTV fall schedule kicking off on Monday, so without further ado, here are the new shows and the returning favourites.
New Shows
Holmes Inspection
Premiering on Thursday October 1 at 8pm ET
Mike Holmes helps homeowners who have been duped by terrible home inspections. He will uncover what went wrong with the inspection and with the help of his construction team he will make it right.

Family Renovation
Premiering on Thursday, October 1 at 9pm ET
The Grant family is moving again. With five children under the age of 10, mom Marie France has a clear idea of how she would like old style elegance to meet modern function and amenities.This strong-willed woman wants to act as general contractor and live in the house while the renovation is taking place. It's a story fueled by construction chaos, family tension and looming deadlines. Is this a recipe for disaster?
Real Estate Intervention
Premiering on Wednesday September 30 at 8:30pm ET
In this current real estate market, pricing is everything. And the best way to really find out how much your house is worth is to check out the competition. Real Estate Intervention takes motivated sellers on a tour of three other listings in the same area and same price range. They'll get to see firsthand who their competition is and whether they've priced their house right. House Poor
Premiering on Monday September 28 at 8pm ET
With housing prices soaring these days, it’s no wonder that most of us have mortgages through the roof. This show tackles home owners with lots of house debt and helps them to find ways out of it. We put them through finance boot camp so that they end up with a plan and also have the house of their dreams.
