Room by room, Peter Fallico's Home To Flip is coming together. In this week's episode, Peter took on a terrible blue carpet and wallpaper in the main floor bedroom. With a teeny budget, he transformed this blue floral nightmare into a sweet bedroom with charming hints of colour to give it warmth. Peter's more modern florals and neutral wall colour make this room both relaxing and fun.
Inspired by this room? I see the potential for lots of DIYs with fabric. Why not make (or have made) lampshades that coordinate with your colour scheme. An upholstered headboard is also a fairly simple project and of course, if you can sew a straight line, you can craft a pillow. (See project plans in the related content below.)
