The laundry room's previous incarnation and the space to work with
Peter Fallico is really maxing out the space in the second season of Home To Flip. Though the house seems small-ish from the outside, he's already managed to utilize an empty attic for a master bedroom retreat and create a cozy, multi-functional family room in the large basement. There wasn't room for a main floor laundry room, but there's still plenty of space in the basement. Peter also added an always welcome spare room and third bathroom.
