We're back friends! Live blogging is a pretty special event here on HGTV.ca, and we've decided to reserve it for times when we're graced with guests from the given show. Who wants to chat solely with us, HGTV.ca bloggers? (sad.) So I'm pretty excited that tonight I get to dust off my live blogging skillz (re-stating the obvious and making flagrant spelling mistakes) while hosting the second appearance of Core agent, Maggie Kent.
Maggie is the lovely woman who took us through the price-lowering fiasco surrounding that Mullberry St. loft, way back in Episode 2.
In tonight's episode, Maggie Kent deals with a stubborn seller whose emotional tie to her property stands in the way of getting it sold. On the Kleier side, broker Laurel Rosenbluth tries to teach a buyer with a mile-long wish-list that sometimes, finding the right property is about compromise, even when your budget is $2.5 million. And, when a first-time buyer gets cold feet over a deal that's about to close, Sabrina Kleier Morgenstern must show him that his first choice was, and is, the best choice.
I'm sure Maggie can offer insight into all the side plots -- lets watch and talk real estate!
