We've seen some pretty amazing properties so far, and the clients certainly didn't disappoint. With such large budgets, how could this show be anything but extravagant?
This week's episode, Educated Decisions, follows two Gumley Haft Kleier agents as they search for a luxury rental unit for an investor with...no budgetary concerns at all. (I'd like to see what THAT looks like.) Another colleague fights to keep an overseas client from being poached by a competitor, while over in CORE camp, a classic car dealer asks the slick agency for help in making a decision about whether to buy or build with his $3-million budget. Gawd, who throws such money around??? Let's talk about it!
