The Blog goes on! (sorry). Tonight, along with watching Episode 2 of Selling New York at 9pm ET, you can also chat live with agent Maggie Kent of CORE, who will be attempting to let an inflated seller down easy.
The property in question is a humongous loft all tricked out in extra special bells and whistles (modular wall, restaurant grade kitchen), but is anyone willing to pay a premium for it?
