Garden Decorations: Cute or Atrocious?

Garden Decorations

Love them or leave them, many people have quite the fondness for garden figurines. All it takes is a visit to any garden centre to see vast collections of garden decorations in the form of ceramic gnomes, birds, frogs, rabbits, children under umbrellas, miniature wells and windmills. You name it and it's sure to be on someone's front lawn infuriating neighbours everywhere. Upon a recent visit to Canadian Tire, I was amused to find you can even buy tiny replicas of the First Emperor of China's Terracotta Warriors.

So, where is the line between cute and atrocious? Is it simply ditching the "lady bending over in polka-dot bloomers" and the ghastly pink flamingos? Leave a comment and let us know.
