DIY Vintage-Inspired Jewellery Stand

Posted by Renee Elliott Monday, April 22, 2013 9:35 AM EST

When it comes to my accessories, if I don’t see something I tend not to wear it. This vintage plate jewellery stand is the perfect place to stash your jewels while keeping them in plain view. And it’s pretty to look at!

3 sizes of vintage plates

2 candlestick holders

STEP 1: Remove any stickers or residue from the plates and candle holders.

STEP 2: Following the directions on the epoxy, apply the epoxy to the bottom of one of the candlestick holders. Attach the candle holder in place to the centre of the largest plate.

STEP 3: Apply the epoxy to the top of the same candlestick holder and attach the bottom of the medium sized plate to the candlestick holder.

STEP 4: Repeat steps two and three for the top tier.

STEP 5: Set aside to dry for 24 hours.
