With Easter sneaking up on us, it’s time to start thinking about our table settings. This centrepiece project involves eggs and pretty succulent plants to give any table a fresh vibe for spring!
Materials:
· Variety of small sized succulents*
· Soil (cacti soil is preferred)
· Moss
· Eggs
STEP 1: Crack open each egg discarding the egg white and yolk. Tip: Pour them into a plastic container for future use in the kitchen!
STEP 2: Fill each egg half with a succulent and top with soil. Press the soil down in place.
STEP 3: Top a platter or cake stand with moss. You can gently pull it apart to spread it over the surface.
STEP 4: Place each egg planter on top of the moss and your centrepiece is complete!
* Most succulents can be divided up if you carefully pull them apart near the root.
