Happy Hanukkah! (Starts Tomorrow)

Come sundown tomorrow, it's Menorah time! Observant and non-observant Jews who just like to get their blue-and-white on, will be feasting on potato latkes and jelly-filled doughnuts, and lighting the first of eight candles for each night of Hanukkah.

I watch HGTV a lot and was wondering when for instance Holmes on Homes reveals really bad building code violations - does anyone go further to make those (builders, inspectors, city employees) responsible for the infractions responsible and visible to anyone????
